The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and enjoy all the attractions around. The rooms are spacious and spotless, and the Mountain View from the room is stunning. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide and varied selection of delicious food to choose from.

The parking area is small and it can be challenging to find a spot. the AC unit in our room was not working properly, and the room was too cold most of the time.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with any requests or provide useful information. They even spoke perfect English, which was a major plus for me as a global tourist. The rooms were clean, spacious, and provided excellent views of the mountains. I particularly enjoyed the large TV and fast Wi-Fi. The breakfast options were fantastic, and the attached restaurant served delicious meals throughout the day.

The rooms are spacious and clean with modern bathrooms and plenty of amenities, including fast wifi. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service and making guests feel welcome.

The breakfast selection is lacking, with a strange system for omelettes that may cost extra.

I loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the main shopping street and next to the huge Lenin statue. The room was spotless and had a fantastic view of the mountains. The hotel’s location is a huge plus, being situated right on the main pedestrian street and within walking distance to many attractions. The spacious and comfortable rooms were perfect for a romantic escape, with stunning views of the mountains. The breakfast offered a good variety of delicious options, providing a great start to the day.

The hotel's tour/taxi arrangements were not up to par. The driver tried to overcharge us and we had to call reception to rectify the issue.

The location is central and convenient, spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast with a wide selection, clean and modern bathrooms.
